Moorea biocode project (Moorea, French Polynesia, Oct. 2008): 1 month at the Gump station of Moorea, University of California –Berkeley, for seaweed collection and inventory in the context of barcoding all species of Moorea.
Suva (Fiji, May 2007): 2 weeks at the Marine Studies, USP (University of South Pacific), analysis of Sargassum diversity and ecology and study of the phycological collection of SUVA.
Santo expedition (Vanuatu, Aug. 2006): 3 weeks at the Luganville Maritime College for seaweed collection and inventory in the context of the MNHN Santo 2006 expedition.
Herbarium of the Museums of Lund (LD), Copenhagen (C) and Paris (PC) (Mar.-Apr. 2006), 3 weeks, study of historic collections and type specimens.
